MONITORING
Status Monitor allows you to confirm the operation status of your machines in real-time for maximum productivity. Instant access through the application allows you to stay on top of the machine status and check things like cycle time, completion date, and tool life.
HISTORY
History functionality allows users to review the history which offers the opportunity to improve operation status in a managed fashion. Users can check important stats like NC Status, Production and Part Count history, as well as Alarm Analysis. Operation history will allow job records not obtainable from the machine to be input from another electronic device.
NOTIFICATIONS
Receive email notifications when a machine stops unexpectedly, allowing operators to attend and apply countermeasure. The email will describe the alarm or other failures so you can act quickly n the event of machine trouble.
